Shipping Method

Our orders are shipped during 8am and 10pm Monday to Sunday. We always use the best performing delivery partner at the time of your order to ensure you will receive your order in the fastest possible time.

Please note that currently we do not support international shipping, our products can only be shipped to the UK region. Please ensure your shipping address is within the UK.

Shipping Time

Order processing usually takes 1 business day. When we deliver your order we always use tracked express services. Deliveries to the UK mainland will usually take 1 day. Deliveries to outer zones will normally take 1 to 2 days. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Sunday between 8am and 10pm to ensure we are capable of processing your order quickly, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take all possible steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

Tax and Additional Charges

Please note that there are no additional tax-related charges for purchases made in this store. All products sold in this store are priced with all additional costs and even the shipping charges are included.

Cancel Your Order

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellation at any time before your order is shipped. Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped however we can process a return and refund for you once you receive your order.

Change address or phone number

Please contact us via email: support@livloko.com, and update us with the new shipping address. After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address. Similarly, if you want to cancel your order, please contact us before your order is shipped.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has been shipped and is being shipped to you. This email will contain your tracking information, which can be tracked via the link that will be included in the email. Note that it may take a few hours for your tracking link to become active.
