Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using a tracked expressed service during 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday. We always use the best performing delivery partner at the time of your order to ensure you will receive your order in the fastest possible time. Deliveries to outer UK zones will take an extra 1-2 days. Please note that delivery days are always calculated based on working days.

Delivery Tracking Notifications

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has been dispatched and is being shipped to you. This email will contain your tracking information, which can be tracked via the link that will be included in the email. Please note that it may take a few hours for your tracking link to become active.

Shipping Fee

We offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all orders.

Tax and Additional Charges

Please note that there are no additional tax-related charges for purchases made in this store. All products sold in this store are priced with all additional costs and even the shipping charges are included.

Cancel Your Order

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellation at any time before your order is shipped. Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped however we can process a return and refund for you once you receive your order.

Change address or phone number

Please contact us via email: support@livloko.com, and update us with the new shipping address. After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address. Similarly, if you want to cancel your order, please contact us before your order is shipped.
