Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
Do you offer gift wrapping
All items in our gift collections arrive beautifully presented in our signature branded gift boxes, ready to give, with no extra wrapping required.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders are dispatched quickly, with most items shipped within 24 hours. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are shown on each product page. International deliveries may take an additional 5–7 working days. Full tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return & warranty policy?
We offer 30-day returns for complete peace of mind. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Our paperless returns process makes it simple and hassle-free.
