Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
Do you offer gift wrapping
All items in our gift collections arrive beautifully presented in our signature branded gift boxes, ready to give, with no extra wrapping required.
How long will it take to get my orders?
All UK orders use free tracked delivery. Ready-to-ship orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery is 1–2 or 5–7 business days after dispatch, as shown on each product page. Made-to-order delivery takes 7–10 business days from order, including preparation. Items from different warehouses may arrive separately.
What is your return & warranty policy?
We offer 60-day free paperless returns. All products are backed by a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. For full details or help with a return, please contact us.
