OUR STORY
LIVLOKO London started with a simple idea: beautiful accessories don't have to cost the earth, or the people who make them. We are a small London team. We design every scarf, bracelet and wallet ourselves, and we make decisions the way a family business does, thinking about the long term rather than the next sale.
We are not perfect, and we won't pretend to be. But every year we look at how our products are made, moved and packed, and we change what we can. This page sets out what we do today.
What we do
A lower carbon footprint
We plan stock and deliveries to cut unnecessary journeys, and we work to keep our footprint low across our offices, warehouses, manufacturing and deliveries.
Direct shipments
Wherever we can, we send orders directly to you, with fewer stops, fewer middlemen and less handling along the way.
Recycled packaging
Our gift boxes and bags are FSC certified and made with recycled material, and they are made to be kept and reused.
People before profit
We treat our suppliers fairly and with respect. Safe, fair working conditions are a must, and we see our makers as long-term partners.
Made to last
Timeless designs, quality materials and a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. The greenest accessory is the one you keep.

We donate products to Trinity Hospice and other London charities. Ask us about a donation.
Our carbon footprint
Most of the impact of a small accessory comes from how it is made and how it travels. So that is where we focus.
- Fewer, fuller shipments. We plan stock ahead so we can move it in fewer, fuller consignments rather than lots of rushed small ones.
- Light, compact packaging. Our gift boxes and bags are sized for the product, so we are not shipping air.
- Less waste in our own operations. Recycling is part of how we run our offices and warehouses day to day.
- Stock that does good. We donate products to Trinity Hospice and other London charities, so good stock is put to good use.
Direct shipments
Every extra warehouse, depot and van between us and you adds miles and handling. Wherever we can, we keep the route short and send your order directly to you, in its gift box, ready to give. For our trade partners who sell online, we also ship directly to their customers, so stock is not moved twice.
Recycled, responsible packaging
Every LIVLOKO London piece arrives in a gift box or gift bag, wrapped in tissue paper. Our packaging is FSC certified, which means the paper and card come from forests that are managed responsibly, with care for the people and wildlife that depend on them. It is also made with recycled material.
Because each piece already comes in a gift box or bag, there is no need for extra wrapping paper. Our boxes are made to be kept: use them to store your scarf, bracelet or wallet, or to pass on a gift of your own.
Treating our suppliers well
The people who make our products matter more to us than our margins. We design every product ourselves and work with a small number of suppliers to make them.
- Working conditions come first. Fair and safe conditions are a condition of working with us, not an afterthought.
- We meet our suppliers in person and keep in regular contact.
- Long-term relationships. Working with the same partners year after year means steady work for them and consistent quality for you.
- Fair in everything we do. We treat our suppliers the way we would want to be treated, and keep our relationships fair and transparent.

Fast fashion is built to be thrown away. We take the opposite approach. Every LIVLOKO London product is our own original design, protected by our trademarks, and made in classic styles that don't date.

Choices for every customer
We offer a range of vegan wallets and card holders for customers who prefer not to buy animal leather, alongside our leather designs. Each product page lists its materials clearly so you can choose what suits you.
Giving back
Giving back is a big part of who we are. We donate our products to Trinity Hospice and to other charities across London, so that our stock goes to good use and helps raise funds for the people they care for.

Our team
LIVLOKO London is run by a small, diverse team with a mix of backgrounds and genders, and we think that mix makes our designs and our decisions better. Everyone on the team is treated with the same respect we expect our suppliers to show their own people.
An honest approach
We would rather tell you plainly what we do than make promises we cannot prove. We will keep this page updated as we make progress, and if you have an idea for how we could do better, we would genuinely like to hear it.

What do you do about your carbon footprint?
We plan stock to move it in fewer, fuller shipments, send orders directly to customers wherever we can, use compact packaging and recycle in our own operations.
What do you mean by direct shipments?
Wherever we can, we send your order straight to you, rather than moving it through extra warehouses and depots first. Fewer stops means fewer miles and less handling.
Is your packaging recycled?
Yes. Our packaging is FSC certified, which means the paper and card come from responsibly managed forests, and it is made with recycled material.
How do you know your suppliers treat workers fairly?

Yes. Email support@livloko.com or use our contact form and choose "Charity or donation request". Tell us about your cause and what you are planning, and we will get back to you.
Can I reuse the gift box?
Yes. Our gift boxes are made to be kept and are ideal for storing your scarf, bracelet or wallet.
