Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when we deliver your order.

Where we deliver

We deliver across the UK. All UK orders are sent with free tracked delivery, and tracking details are provided once your order is shipped. For overseas orders, please contact us.

Dispatch and delivery times

Ready-to-ship orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours. Your order will arrive in 1–2 or 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the warehouse your item is sent from. The delivery time for each product is shown in its Shipping & Delivery section. If your order includes items sent from different warehouses, they may arrive separately.

Personalised items are made to order: please allow 7–10 business days for UK delivery from the date you place your order, including preparation.

Our women’s silver bracelets and silver necklaces are also made to order: please allow 21–28 days for UK delivery from the date you place your order. Made-to-order items do not follow the standard 24-hour dispatch estimate.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Shipping fee

Free shipping on all UK orders.

Tax

There are no additional tax-related charges for purchases made in this store. All prices include VAT where it applies.

Cancelling an order

If you change your mind, we can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Changing your address or phone number

Email support@livloko.com with your new details. Once the order has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the delivery address.

Order tracking

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. It contains your tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking link to become active.
