Return And Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased item, You have 90 days after delivery of your order to return an item. 

To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@livloko.com. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and process your return within 24 hours.



Shipping Cost

If you would like a refund or exchange, the shipping costs are free and we will send you a return label once we have been notified. We will always provide you a trackable return shipping service to reduce the chance of your returned item(s) being lost in the post.


Damaged and defective products

We suggest that you inspect all packaging received for any defects. If your item is damaged or defective please contact us immediately and we will work with you to replace then item within 2-3 days if you would like that. You will also have the option to request a full refund.

We will require images of the damages to the product and of the original packaging received along with its shipping label. Damaged items will need to be reported within 5 days of receipt. Once your return request has been received, our customer care team will reach out to you within 1 business day to rectify the issue for you.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refund

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
